- On July 1, he will either have defined my part time role or he will accept my resignation letter.
- The week of July 7 will be spent transitioning all of my knowledge to the new MBB for one of my roles- regardless of their actual start date.

Hey, thanks for this. Whew! We were just talking last night about what the outcome had been. So now the question is just whether or not they want to keep you part time.
I think it's a budget question. The big boss had us all fill out "time estimates" on project work. He is talking about billing for some of those hours. That usually means a $ crunch, so that may impact my ability to stay. On the other hand, having a 20 hr/week"floater" could be nice for them in that situation. No way to know.... I'm just sheeping it, as best I can!
To be honest Angela, if they went on to start charging out your time would be super simple to get the biz to pay for. Am more worried about all the other staff hanging about doing duck all to the best of my knowledge.
Dont go soft on him! He doesnt deserve it after wasting 4 mths of your life...
Don't worry. I'm not feeling particularly soft about any of this. Annoyed, yes. Disappointed that he was unable to manage this without blunt intervention (as opposed to prior subtle prompting), yes. Soft, not so much////
