Should Be/Actual/Want To Be

What I Should Be Doing:
Laundry
Sorting out a wardrobe for Singapore
Replacing misplaced/broken travel size bottles
Deciding if I need anything else for the trip
Grocery shopping - supersized to cover my absence
Picking up the things that I have decided that I need (have to make the decisions first!)

What I Am Doing:
Laundry
Trying to contain my unreasonable sense of panic
Intermittently making a grocery shopping list
Writing about it here

What I Want To Be Doing:
Having coffee and going to the Farmer's Market with PL!

It is all easier to deal with once I make the list. I am going to check my travel size bottles and go do the grocery shopping after I finish the laundry. I was hoping to pick up any and all of the little missing travel items today - using the errand loop method to save gas! - but the thought of figuring out everything that I need today has me on the edge of completely FREAKING OUT! Lovely, huh?

Just remember this post if you ever start to wonder how I manage the crazy days between needing to leave my job and actually feeling free to do so. I use selective denial as a panic management technique. This is NOT what I would recommend as a best practice...

Ahh - but once you got that list written, it was all downhill, right?
