Pics from HTH present opening

Yesterday was another sick day, folks. I didn't even turn the computer on! But here are some pics from Wednesday night - with HTH opening his presents from far away. The celebration with local family and friends will be this weekend, so there is more fun to come.


This is HTH getting into the present that he has been asking for forever. OK, actually for about 6 weeks. It is one of those lit magnifying glasses that is great for doing detail work - especially good for someone still recovering from a corneal transplant. He has some microphone cables to fix, so this is already set up and in use.






Here is HTH opening his new cool grilling tools. He says that he has never had such high quality grilling stuff. BTW, the card was very cute, AD.








Of course, as always, Gus thinks that we have these events just for him. The boxes have been claimed and appropriately smished to specification. A good time was had by all!
