I have no intention of exploring this subject, but I do have some info to pass on to those of you that have visited our little house. Our next door neighbor, Wally, had slipped into a coma yesterday after experiencing a series of bad falls over the last 10 days. He died early this morning.
Wally was the source of our blackberry bushes and garlic. He supervised the building of our flower bed and taught me about my Earth Boxes. He had every tool known to man and was always willing to let HTH borrow them because, as he said, he knew they would come back just as good as, or better than, they left. He was smart and stubborn and he made me laugh even more than he made me worry. He would have been 85 this August. We'll miss him.

...And someday in the mist of time
When they asked me if I knew you
I'd smile and say you were a friend of mine
And the sadness would be lifted from my eyes
Oh when I'm old and wise...

Our loss is Heaven's gain by far!
O baby, I am so sorry. Obviously I haven't stopped to read in the last few days. How sad.
